A Spiritually Inspired Sister is a woman who understands her greatness and walks diligently to fulfill her destiny. She is aware of her self-worth and knows her value. Because she is fearfully and wonderfully made, she does not allow others to treat her less than the virtuous woman she is. She overcomes challenges by acknowledging that God has already planned for her to be successful and prosperous! She carries all of these things not with conceit but with grace and class while being compassionate and caring to others.
Our Becoming
What started as a pre-celebration for a new decade of my life became the realization of my commitment to create safe spaces that inspire, motivate, and coach myself and other women towards making it happen!
What transpired that afternoon was such a powerful experience for us all!
Rev. Dr. Felicia Nanette Gross
What she once thought was merely a passion for the field of HR, Rev. Dr. Felicia realized was a much larger passion and calling to serve others, promote just treatment of all, and help others recognize and live in the fullness of their worth. She has relinquished control to her calling and is an Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church (AME).
As a member of Community of Hope AME Church for over 15 years, Rev. Dr. Felicia previously served as a team leader of the Stewardess Board and class leader for several Women’s Discipleship classes. As a member of the ministerial staff, she currently serves in church administration as well as in a leadership capacity on both the Women’s and Marriage ministries.
